Knoxville — A crew is already busy at work this morning, pouring cement along Robinson Street as the downtown streetscape and infrastructure project moves forward.
Paving was scheduled to begin Monday, but was delayed due to rain. The crew was on scene before 7 a.m. to catch up and begin pouring cement.
A cement truck is taking up a great deal of the space left on Robinson, between First and Second. Be advised that even through traffic may struggle to get by this morning.
