Knoxville Snow Ordinance goes into effect at 7

Knoxville — Received from the Knoxville Police Department: 

The Knoxville Snow Ordinance will go in effect at 7 p.m. tonight.  While in effect parking is banned on ALL City streets.  Violators may be cited or towed.  The ordinance stays in effect until the storm is over AND the street has been plowed curb to curb.
