Police issue warrant for burglary suspect

Knoxville — The Knoxville Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Justin Ryan Patton, age 31, who is suspected of burglarizing the Rib Shack and Marsh's. 

Police Chief Dan Losada said Patton is suspected of breaking into Rib Shack on Jan. 3. That night, the suspect allegedly forced entry into the building. He located the cash box and stole money from the business, Losada added.

Patton has an extensive criminal record in Iowa, according to records found at Iowa Courts Online. The Knoxville Police Department does not know where Patton is staying and are seeking assistance in locating him.
