Ladies' Auxiliary gives to vets

Knoxville — Members of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary 3519 are making the rounds at Knoxville's group homes today to present lap quilts to local veterans. 

Auxiliary members have a history of giving to veterans on Veterans Day, but today is the first time they made quilts for the vets. They delivered eight to Park Lane Village, one to the Memory Care Center, 14 at Westridge, 23 at Knoxville Residential and eight at Griffin's.
