Knoxville — The Knoxville City Council will meet in special session Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 4:30 p.m.
On the council's agenda are two items. The first is regarding negotiations with Ray Bertrand for his share of the cost for the sewer extension, which will serve the new location of Bertrand Monument, near the Highway 92 bypass on South Highway 14. Council will consider decreasing Bertrand's share of the cost from $25,000, which was previously approved by council, to $20,000.
The other item is a change order for the Water Street improvement project.
