Knoxville — You may have noticed the puddle on the new concrete in the southwest corner of Robinson and Second. Assistant City Manager Dylan Feik says this is only temporary.
The concrete presently there is not at the same standard as the road and it will be removed. Connections have to be made, before permanent conrete is poured, to drainage underground. There is also the "streetscape" aspect of this project, including the installation of the matching aesthetics on this corner, before the work is done. Feik said the same issue with the lack of drainage occurred at Roche and First, as well as Second and Main.
