Knoxville — Robbery and drug suspect Jack Dylan Konz, 18, of Clive, will be allowed to attend drug treatment in Mount Pleasant, but with special conditions.

He will be allowed to attend, when a bed becomes available. When he goes, he must wear an ankle bracelet. Following the treatment, he must return to the Marion County Jail. Konz's bond was also reduced to $50,000.

Konz is facing drug charges, including an accusation of being in possession of a controlled substance while in jail, in addition to a charge of first-degree robbery. Konz is accused of robbing a bank in Pella on Feb. 18.

Konz's co-defendant in the robbery, Christian Michael Latshaw, 19, of Altoona, is also still in jail. Latshaw's next court appearance is scheduled for June 14 at 9:30 a.m.
