RAGBRAI® Vendor Applications Now Available

Knoxville — Those interested in seeking a vendor permit during RAGBRAI's® stop in Knoxville may now do so. Applications are due June 14. 

Assistant City Manager Dylan Feik released this Wednesday morning: 

Good morning-

Food & Vendor Applications and Information for 2013 Knoxville RAGBRAI are now available. For July 24th and July 25th, all participating vendors should submit the following-

 

 
·         Completed Vendor Application with fee
 
·         Indemnity Agreement
 
·         Completed Proof of Liability Insurance
 
·         Completed Application for Temporary Food License (and submitted to State of Iowa, Dept. of Inspection & Appeals)
 
·         Fully Refundable Cleanup Deposit
 
 
The RAGBRAI Executive Committee is still finalizing the layout of the event which will take place around Downtown Knoxville. On each application, please list your preferential location and we will make every effort to place you in that location. If you have questions about food & vendors, please contact Dylan Feik at dfeik@knoxvilleia.gov.
 
The deadline to submit applications is 5 p.m. on June 14, 2013. Applications submitted thereafter may be reviewed but are not guaranteed a space. 

The Knoxville City Council approved an ordinance Monday night regarding vendors during this event. Look for more on that in the April 5 print edition of the Journal-Express.
