Attica-Pershing grant to dominate board meeting

Knoxville — The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 9 a.m. On the agenda are several items related to a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant for the Attica-Pershing sewer project.

    The bricks for the downtown streetscape and infrastructure project remained a concern during Tuesday morning's streetscape meeting. Following a walk-through, during which every aspect of the masonry done thus far was reviewed and critiqued, the City of Knoxville was promised that workers will continue working on the project until the work is done.
