---- — Motor Inn of Knoxville is teaming up with the Knoxville Alumni Association to host a Drive a Dodge Fundraiser for Save Out Stadium and the Iowa Shrine Bowl/Hospital to be held at the Knoxville Middle School on Saturday, June 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The area Shriners will be present to assist with the fundraising efforts.
Dodge brand will make a $20 donation to the Knoxville Alumni Assoc./SOS Fundraiser for each person who takes a short test drives at the event. The Motor Inn of Knoxville will have the new Dodge Dart, Durango, Journey, and Grand Caravan at the event for participants to inspect and drive. Dealership personnel will volunteer their time to assist with the fundraising drive. Anyone age 18, or over, with a valid driver’s license, may drive and Dodge will donate $20 to the Knoxville Alumni/SOS activities.
“The Dodge events are a lot of fun, with no sales pressure” said Brian Brooks, Vice President of the Alumni Association, “and we are very pleased to have this annual opportunity from Dodge and the Motor Inn of Knoxville to raise funds to help support the Alumni/SOS Activities.”
