Knoxville — City of Knoxville street crews have no plans to be out again tonight, and for that reason, the Knoxville Police Department has lifted the snow ordinance.
Losada said there have been a few accidents around town, but not several. The snow continues to fall, but it does not appear to be sticking to city streets.
Sheriff Jason Sandholdt reported earlier today that the tow ban was lifted this morning, to allow cars to be removed from ditches around the county. County roads also appear to be wet, not slick.
