Newendorp, Lenger crowned King and Queen

Knoxville — Zach Newendorp was crowned king and Marissa Lenger, queen, at Thursday night's Homecoming Pep Rally in Knoxville. 

The annual celebration included a speech from Football Coach Troy Rider, performances by the cheerleaders and band, and more. 

This afternoon at 3 p.m. is the annual homecoming parade. A new route is necessary, due to the work on Second Street. 

The parade will line up on Main, starting at Roche. They will take Main to Third, Third to Montgomery, Montgomery to First, First to Robinson and Robinson back to Roche. Parade viewers may line up along the route.
