Natalie Katherine Whitt of Springfield, Mo., left this life on April 23, 2013, at the age of 34 years, four months and 23 days. Natalie was born Jan. 1, 1979, to Linda (King) Whitt and Michael Whitt in Knoxville. Natalie graduated from Willard High School and has been a Springfield resident since that time.
Natalie will be remembered as a tenderhearted and sensitive person who cared deeply about our environment and our treatment of the handicapped and the service animals on which they depend.
Natalie was preceded in death by her father, Michael Whitt. Those remaining to mourn her passing are her mother, Linda (King) Whitt; sister, Jessica (Whitt) Honeycutt; nephew, Ashton Murphy; fraternal grandmother, Lorraine Bush; aunt, Kay King, who played such an important role in her life as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4, at 3 p.m., at Olive Chapel south of Knoxville.
