Psalm 16:8 “I have set the Lord always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be moved.”

Have you ever taken a picture that is out of focus? It’s so frustrating to see the blurry picture instead of the clear one you wanted. What we focus our minds on is important too. The enemy wants nothing more than for you to live out of the focus. God gives us His Word to keep our life in focus and centered around Him. As you focus on these two truths, may your focus stay clear on Your Father who loves you!

- God will never leave me.

Hebrews 13:5 “...for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]”

God is with us! We are not alone! He’s not far away but He is up close and personal. When things come our way that we don’t understand, haven’t encountered, or are overwhelming; we can rest assured that God is with us! If we know God is with us, we can approach every situation with confidence. Remember: You and God are a majority! Look at Romans 8:31, Psalm 118:6, Joshua 1:9, Deut. 31;6, 8 1 Cor. 3:16, Psalm 139:7-10, Psalm 23:4, Isaiah 41:10.

- God will take care of me.

1 Peter 5:7 “Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.”

God longs to be our Father and take care of us. He knows what’s going on in our lives, and we can rest in His promises and have His peace because He promises He will care of us. We may be surprised by things that come our way, but He is not and He is well able to take care of us! All we have to do is ask in faith! He wants us to lean on, trust in, and rely on Him with all of our heart and not depend on ourselves! We can rest assured He will take care of us. Look at Matthew 6:25-33, Philippians 4:19, Psalm 55:22, Psalm 23, 1 John 5:14-15, Psalm 37, Psalm 27:13.
