Twin Cedars snapped a six-game losing streak by beating the Moulton-Udell Eagles at home in the Bluegrass Conference Basketball Tournament Monday night at home.

TC won the game 52-25. It was only the second win of the season as they improved to 2-14 overall.

TC Coach Blake McWilliams replied, “We came out ready to go from the start. Did a really good job controlling the defensive end of the floor and moving our feet and not fouling. It was overall our best team effort on the defensive side of the ball our communication and rotations were very good. Offensively we did a much better job of taking care of the basketball and being patient and letting the offense come to us.”

TC had 13 ponts from Devin Arkema, 11 by Kade Dunkin and nine by Zach Peterson.

Odds and Ends

TC lost to the Eagles back on Dec. 10, 54-40.
