The Hawks from Woodward-Granger took a pair of varsity baseball games from the Pleasantville Trojans in WCAC play June 6 in Woodward.

The Hawks won 9-4 and 4-1.

In the 9-4 contest Aaron Wilkins took the loss on the mound working five innings. He allowed fie hits, six runs, walked one and fanned seven.

Pleasantville had seven hits in the contest led by Cael Lester, who had two hits and scored a run. Lester also stole two bases.

In the 4-1 setback, Grant Fouch was the losing pitcher. He gave up five hits, fanned six and walked two.

Pleasantville had seven hits in the game, six of them singles. The lone extra base hit was a double off the bat of Triston Mount.

It was a 2-1 affair until the Hawks pushed across a run in the sixth and seventh.
